Long Tail Fitness will collect your phone number, email, and personal payment information in order to process your payment and stay in contact with you throughout the duration of the program’s life.

-How We Use Your Information-

Your information will be handled with complete confidentiality. None of your information will be collected for any use other than for the services provided by Long Tail Fitness’ online or in-person services. Your payment information will be processed through Stripe in a secure fashion.

-Retention of Your Information-

Your information will be retained throughout the life of the program and services. Once the duration of service has ended, your sensitive information will be discontinued from active use unless explicitly stated otherwise by the client if further contact is desired.

-Security Measures-

Your payment information processed by stripe is encrypted. All server-to-sever communication is encrypted using mutual transport layer security (mTLS) and Stripe has dedicated PGP keys for users to encrypt communications with Stripe, or verify signed messages they receive from Stripe.

-Your Choices-

You will decide how much and what information you give to Long Tail Fitness. Only your phone number, email address, and payment information is required for services. However, the more information you give, the more personalized your experience will be with Long Tail Fitness.
